Are the rates per person or per vehicle?
All posted rates are for the vehicle regardless of the number of passengers who are traveling. The rates are the same for one passenger as they would be for four (the capacity of the Tesla Model S all-Electric luxury sedan). Rates will only increase if the number of passengers influence the need for another vehicle or more than one.
Are you hiring? What is your hiring policy?
We are always accepting applications. Please do not phone the office, email a resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note we are seeking qualified individuals with extensive knowledge of Northern California geography, highways, landmarks, attractions, etc. for chauffeur and office positions.
We are regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission and safety is a priority. Candidates for chauffeur positions must have a clean driving history clear of major violations.
Prior to employment, all candidates must consent to a drug test and criminal background check. We enforce a drug-free workplace and are an equal opportunity employer.
Some of our positions are age-specific, so we are permitted to request this information.
Can I establish a business or personal account for direct billing?
Yes, please contact us by phone at 707.724.0247 and our friendly and knowledgeable accounting staff will assist you.
Do you provide ASAP service?
We do, but due to the high demand of our extremely popular vehicles and services, we sell out often. We highly recommend booking your reservation as far in advance as possible.
Do you provide safety seats for children?
For legal/safety reasons of providing age and weight appropriate equipment, we do not provide child safety or booster seats. However, clients may provide and install their own child safety or booster seats.
Do you require a deposit at the time of booking?
We do not require payment up-front. However, we will preauthorize your credit card at the time of booking to verify its authenticity. This is for the protection of the cardholder.
How do I book a reservation or request a rate quote?
The quickest and easiest way to book a reservation is by calling our Reservations department at 707.724.0247. You may complete a request for a rate quote by clicking here. Our friendly and knowledgeable reservationists are trained to assist you with making plans and to answer any questions you may have.
How may I book a reservation as a gift for a friend or loved one if I will not be present?

How much time should I allow for traveling to an airport?
We highly recommend that you allow us to pick you up at least two and a half hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Please consider distance to the airport, traffic conditions, toll plazas (we use Fastrak to reduce some traffic delays), security screening, and customs if traveling internationally. The time of scheduled pickup is your decision- however, we are not responsible for missed flights.
How will my curator find me?
Where permitted, the curator will have a sign or electronic device with your name on it. You and the chauffeur should be able to communicate by phone, but if you need assistance locating your curator please call our dispatch office at 707.724.0247.
I made a reservation to be picked up at the airport, what should I do once I land?
You will receive a text message approximately one (1) hour prior to your aircraft’s scheduled landing with instructions on how to contact your curator. If you request an inside pick-up (Meet and Greet), please look for your curator at the baggage claim for domestic flights or at the customs exit for International flights. Your curator will be holding a electronic device (tablet) displaying your parties name on it. If you request an outside pick-up, your curator will arrive at the “Arrivals” curb approximately 7 to 10 minutes after you’ve made contact with them to inform them, Your ready to be collected.” If for any reason you cannot communicate with / locate your curator, please call our dispatch office immediately at 707.724.0247, so we can connect you with them.
May I smoke or drink in your vehicles?
We’re sorry, we cannot allow smoking or drinking other than water in any of our vehicles, and doing so may result in a $350 cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
What are all-inclusive rates?
All posted rates are the rates you can expect to pay. There are never any hidden fees. All rates include curator gratuity, tolls, surcharges, and miscellaneous fees.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We’re sorry, we do not accept cash.

We are also dedicated to encouraging employees to participate in green initiatives at home and we participate with schools and other community organizations to promote “kindness” to the environment.

A curator is so much more qualified to present an amazing and unforgettable experience during your visit to Northern California. While a chauffeur provides a quality service that exceeds what is provided by a driver, curators are certified and trained to weave stories and provide insight into your tour.
